    Programme d'éducation thérapeutique dermatoses inflammatoires

    au CHU de Bordeaux, Hôpital St-André

    Chers confrères,

    L’équipe de dermatologie de l’hôpital Saint-André du CHU de Bordeaux propose des temps d’échange entre patients atteints de dermatoses inflammatoires chroniques et soignants formés à l’éducation thérapeutique.

    Ces moments de partage peuvent s’ajouter à votre prise en charge en ville. Il s’agit d’ateliers collectifs, par groupe de 4 à 6 patients, accompagnés d’infirmier et médecin. Trois thèmes sont abordés : la physiopathologie de la maladie, les traitements, le vécu au quotidien.

    Il existe des sessions pour 4 pathologies : psoriasis, dermatite atopique, eczema des mains et vitiligo. Chaque session, soit les 3 ateliers, dure 1h30 à 2h au total.

    L’objectif de ces programmes d’ETP est que le patient devienne acteur dans la prise en charge de sa maladie. Si vous pensez que vos patients peuvent être intéressés par cette démarche n’hésitez pas à leur remettre l’adresse mail suivante : etp.dermato@chu-bordeaux.fr.     Nous pourrons ainsi les contacter afin de définir les ateliers qui pourraient leur être utiles, leur proposer des dates et leur expliquer les modalités pratiques.
