Les étapes en détail

Étape d’inclusion initiale

Le dermatologue, lors de la consultation, inclus le patient via un eCRF :

  • en l'informant et en recueillant son consentement
  • en collectant ses données personnelles (et modalités de contact pour la suite de l’étude)
  • en collectant les caractéristiques de son psoriasis
  • ainsi que les traitements antérieurs
  • puis le nouveau traitement prescrit - initiation ou switch - pour le psoriasis à l’issue de la consultation
  • et enfin un score de sévérité PGA

Le dermatologue fixe le rdv à 9 mois.

Étape AdT, à l’issue de la consultation d’inclusion

Le patient est notifié par email ou SMS dans l’heure via la plateforme ClinInfo et invité à remplir en autonome le questionnaire :

  • Score qualité de vie (DLQI) en 10 questions (à cocher)
  • Questionnaire d'Adhésion en 10 questions (oui/non)

Étape Obs, à 2, 5 et 8 mois

Le patient répond aux questionnaires via la plateforme sur sollicitation envoyée automatiquement par email ou SMS :

  • 6 questions de suivi du traitement (à cocher)
  • Score qualité de vie (DLQI) en 10 questions (à cocher)
  • Score d'Observance de Girerd en 6 questions (oui/non)

Lors de la visite à 9 mois

Le dermatologue confirme le suivi du traitement (2 questions + PGA) - sans avoir accès aux réponses du patient - et renseigne un dernier PGA (notifié par email).
